As an ultra-runner, I spend hours and hours on trails on my own. Sometimes in races and sometimes in training.
But you know, you just have to keep going.
How can we build resilience?
We can focus on our passions. We can focus on our positives and we can focus on the things that we are in control of. It is all of those things that if we think about daily with kindness and compassion we will build resilience.
